"Hi, Terri Lynne here. In this segment we're going to be stretching out our chest. One thing is important to note, that a lot of these stretches may seem or look a little silly when you?re doing them. But they are designed for a purpose, So don't worry about the way you look when your stretching, just worry about the way it makes you feel and how its really opening everything up. So this one you want to extend your arms straight up, palms facing forward. You want to have your legs at least shoulder width apart, maybe a little bit wider. And with this one your going to be yanking back with your arms and your whole upper body supported by your back and your chest; and your going to stretch back as far as you can go, and do about eight to ten of these. Now they actually- it?s a really tough stretch. So if there?s grunting or groaning that?s totally normal- so just grunt or groan as you need to when you?re doing these stretches. So are you ready? I'll go to the side so you can see it from the side as well. It?s important to ground yourself as well so you don't fall backwards or forwards as well when you?re coming out of the stretch. So that'll open up your chest in one area. The second chest stretch is you want to put your hands straight in front of you, palms facing one another, and you just want to stretch out. Think of your arms and your chest as an elastic band: opening up, stretching and closing. Stretching, expanding and contracting. So you want to do about ten of those, and ten of these as well. And that?s how you stretch open your chest."
