"Hello, my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating One Legged Forward Fold. To begin, take both legs out in front of you, flex your feet, spread your toes, and then when you're ready take your right foot into your left inner thigh, sit up as tall as you can, and then shift your chest over your left leg. With an inhale, reach up, draw your shoulders down your back and as you exhale, hinge at your hips and forward fold, hold onto your leg, or the outer and inner edges of your foot. Or if you can, bind beyond, inhale as you lengthen and exhale as you sink a little bit deeper, and relax your head. When you're ready to come out of it, inhale, reach all the way up, exhale, take your hands down and repeat on the other side."
