"Hello,my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Seated Twist Pose. To begin, take your hands behind you, take your legs out in front of you, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Now, take your right heel towards your left hip bone and just wiggle towards the front of your mat a little bit to make sure that you're not sitting on your right foot. From here, lift up your left leg and then place it to the outside of your right knee. Sit up as tall as you can, reach your right arm up towards the ceiling, left hand goes behind your back, and then twist to the left. Hook your right elbow, if you can, to the outside of your left knee. And, breath here for three breaths at least, lengthening with each inhale, sinking with each exhale. When you're ready to come out of it, turn your chin toward your right shoulder, unhook your arm, and come back to your favorite comfortable seated pose."
