"Hello, my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Chair Pose. To begin step your feet together, big toes touch and go slightly apart, as you breath out, sit down. So imagine there's a chair behind you that you're sitting down on. Your knees should just come a few inches over your ankles, see if you can touch your finger tips towards the earth or onto the earth even better. Draw your tail bone under, lift your belly and as you breath in, reach your arms all the way up. You can also send your gaze up as well. Hold here for about five breaths, when you're reach to come out of it, with an inhalation shoot all the way up. You might want to add a little back bend here as you breath out take your hands to heart center."
