"Hello, my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Side Angle Pose. To begin, step your feet about three to four feet apart, turn your right foot out, turn your left heel out slightly, bend your right knee on a breath out, and then as you inhale lift your arms so you're coming back into a Warrior Two. Chest lifts, shoulders drop down, and then when you're ready, take your right elbow onto your right thigh. With an inhale, lift your left arm up, gazing up toward the left finger tips, and breath here. If you can, lift your arm over your left ear. Keep rolling your heart up towards the ceiling. Here's a tip, if you want to get your left arm over your ear, reach it up and then reach forward, from here just sweep your left arm over your left ear, and that will give you that nice stretch along your left side. You can even go deeper here, if you feel real comfortable here and want a greater challenge, you can take your right hand to the inside of your right foot. Just make sure that your chest doesn't collapse. And, hold here, or wherever you end up for a few breaths, with your breath out you'll look down and come all the way up with a breath in, straighten out your right knee and step to the center."
