Video Transcript

"Hello, my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Warrior Two. To begin, step your feet about three feet apart, turn your right foot out, turn your left foot in slightly so it's at about a 45 degree angle, with an exhalation bend your right knee so it's right over your ankle and you can either wiggle your right foot forward a few inches to accomplish this or your left foot back if you need a wider stance. With your next inhalation, reach your arms all the way up, as you exhale sink a little deeper, as you inhale lift your chest, as you exhale drop your shoulders down. When you're ready send your gaze over your right middle finger. Make sure that your hips and torso are squared, hold here for about five breaths. When you're ready to come out, with an inhale straighten out your right leg, turn your right foot in, and step to the center."
