Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Samantha Raphael on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'll be demonstrating Childs pose. To begin sit on your heels. Sit up as tall as you can and with a breathe in reach your arms all the way up towards the ceiling, draw your shoulders down and as you breathe out reach forward in front of you as far as you can, relax your head, just hold here and enjoy the stretch for about five breaths. When you ready to come out of it, left a breath in, come all the way up, and exhale, release you’re hands down. "
