"Hi, my name is Benna Miller and on behalf of Expert Village in this next clip we'll be doing squats. Now there are a lot of different ways to do squats, and the most important thing to remember is do not bring the knees in front of the feet. Try to maintain the knees over the ankles. We'll do it with a ball and we'll do it with a spot pole. To start with, bend the knees, bring the buns back, use the abs by lifting the abs into the back and extend the arms over the head, and rise up with a breath. You'll have exhale, inhale. Exhale, inhale. Now, if you choose to use this ball, that's fine it's great to start. I like, also, using the pole. With the pole you have a slightly more expansive and more stretching action in the chest. Here we go, the feet slightly wider than the shoulders, inhale, exhale, and extend, and come up. Keep the head in line with the back so you don't drop the head. You don't look up, but you keep your head in line with the rest of your spine, and you come up. Let's do two more. Exhale and draw up. And last one, exhale and draw up. Thank you very much."
