"Hi, my name is Benna Miller. And on behalf of Expert Village in this next clip we'll be doing push ups. But first I'd like for you to start with your arms extended, right out in front of you. Doesn't feel like a push up. Pull those shoulders back; squeeze those shoulder blades together. And think about how that feels. Now stretch your arms forward. And now pull the shoulder blades back. And again, think to yourself; how does that feel? Keep that feeling as you take your hands down to the floor. Walk your knees back. And for a start, roll onto the lower thigh. Pull the shoulder blades down. You never want to get up here. Now keep those shoulder blades pulling together just like you felt a moment ago. I like to cross my feet. You don't have to. You can leave them like this. Take a deep inhale, pull the Abs and the belly button into the lower back. Lets start with the finger tips about as wide as the shoulders, and the hands as wide as the shoulders. Finger tips facing slightly in. And your going to press down for two counts and up for one. Exhale, inhale. Exhale, inhale. Keep pulling those shoulders blades down. Exhale and inhale, and exhale and inhale. Now if your feeling very very comfortable in this position, on your lower thigh, we can take it to the next level. You'll start with your toes underneath you. A little bit wider than your feet together. Finger tips towards you, towards one another. Elbows wide and you go down. Now you don't have to go all the way down. And two, and three and four. Or take five. And always remember to pull the shoulder blades down the back. Stretch out, leave your hands right there. Stretch out your lower back and come up. Nice job."
