"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce. Okay now we are ready for our next step for our cranberries raspberry vinegar is you see our mixture is already boiling sort of simmer. What you want to do now is we are going to add our orange strips to it to add that excellent flavor. Put that in, you want 1 cinnamon stick and I like to break it into 2 it gives more the essence off in the middle of it. Now we want to add our cranberries and this time we are going to add the whole bag this is a 12 ounce bag. If you can recall on the other clips that we only use 3/4 but this is going to have enough for the whole bag and once again we would submerge the berries into the, I almost want to call it a syrup at this point. We are going to cook that again for 5 minutes or so until the berries pop."
