"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce. Okay now that we have made our cranberry sauce with the Port wine we are going to do a variation. Now we are going to be doing a cranberry sauce with garlic and onion, a little bit more savory. Okay we are going to put in 2/3 cups of orange juice and this is going to be over high heat. We put in our cinnamon stick and then we are going to put 1/2 cups of orange marmalade in here, this is going to add a great base to it and a great thickener already. So just choose any type that you like, this one we are going to use a whole jar 1 1/2 cup, this happens to be from California. Get that into your cup and at that point it is really easy to put it in here most of it would come out much easier than out of the jar. Be sure to get it all out. What we are going to do is bring this to a boil and you would see how all this melts together, how the marmalade thickens this up. "
