"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce. Okay now here is the last ingredients to our beautiful, beautiful cranberry sauce with Port wine. Okay now we are going to add our golden raisins. I like these in somewhat better than the regular raisins that you get at the store, they seem to be sweeter and have or seem to be a more chewy texture to them and it goes really, really well with the cranberry sauce. So I'm just going to put our raisins right over the cranberry sauce. I like to add a lot to them but do what you like you can also use the darker ones if you like to put in about that much. Now we are going to add our lemon and our orange to it this is going to add all that tang besides the tang the natural tang to the cranberries. We want to stir this together and you see how thick this is getting as you, it comes to a boil. You just stir this around for about 5 minutes. Turn the heat some, you have already cooked and this is going to be basically heating the raisins and taking some of the oils and essence out of the orange and the lemon and just stir that together.
