"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce. Okay now we are going to add a few more ingredients to our cranberry sauce. Okay now in a bowl on this side we want to add the orange juice like that (lets set that aside) you want to add dry mustard, put that right in. This is Colman this is good English mustard kind of spicy but it won't spice up your cranberry sauce as much. Then we have cornstarch put that right into the bowl. Then we have our fresh lemon juice right into the bowl and we would add a pinch of the ground cloves. So just a pinch in there and then a pinch of ground ginger and it is pretty opulent a lot of flavoring to it. The reason you don't want to put this right into the cranberry sauce is because it has the cornstarch and it would make it lumpy. So now we want to just whisk this together really nice it creates a kind of a slurry when it goes into the hot liquid it won't be lumpy at all but it would thicken it very nicely. "
