"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce. The cranberries have been cooking for about 10 minutes so they starting to make the sauce very thick in that Port wine and now we are going to add a couple of other ingredients. Okay now you want to add about 1/2 cup of sugar you may want to add a little bit more depending on the taste if you like it really sweet you can add a little bit more of that. Then we are going to add a little bit of salt to it, it is going to be a pinch I'm just going to pour a little bit into my hand. That is about a pinch and just sprinkle that throughout, may be a little bit more. Then go ahead and stir that in. We turn down the heat a little bit now you want to keep it bubbling. So what medium heat, medium high looks how nice and thick that is getting already and stir that for about one minute."
