"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizabeth Muller and today we are going to show you how to make Spanish omelet. I just flipped it over and the way I flip it over is the way that my mom has though me how to flip it over. She puts the plate over and then she takes the pan and she flips it. That is why you see that on there, but I have flipped it over to make sure it stays round and cooks through. You can see all the stuff is in there like that. I just love the way the Spanish omelet is because all of this, all together let the egg and the seasonings, the spices and everything. With a regular omelet like a American omelet where you just do it, it is like in the middle and you eat it like that. But we like I said round so I love this. It is going to be tasty. We are going to put it on a little low heat still so it can cook thoroughly. Then I"m going to place it on the plate in just a minute and just making sure that it cooks really really nicely. Now if your omelet breaks, don't panic it can happen the first time that you do it round like this it can break. So you don't have to be that picky."
