"Hi my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. I love making these cookies they are so good and because every one that I give them too also loves them, that's why I always make a large batch. It takes as much time to make a single batch as it does a double batch so why not make a double batch. When you make the double batch after the cookies have cooled you turn them into a bar. I take sandwich bags, you can take a little Ziploc bag or you can take another kind of back if yours doesn't have a Ziploc, these bags are a little cheaper, you can use a twist tie like this and you can even put a twist tie. But, it's really important to take sandwich size bag not any bigger then a sandwich, these are individual serving type bags and I'm going to just open this up and I'm going to put four or five cookies in here and seal this up and keep this in the freezer. And, I put them in the freezer because they will last longer and any time any member of my family is running out the door and hasn't had a chance to eat they will grab a bag of my cookies and they will run out the door and be able to leave with really good healthy delicious snack. That is a great deal not stopping at any fast food restaurant along the way."
