"Hi my name is Sheryl McGlochlin, crazysheryl.com is my website and welcome to expertvillage.com. We now have two cookie sheets that this batch has made. It's a double batch and it makes two big cookie sheets like this. We're going to take these cookies and put them in our 350 degree oven and we'll put them on the center rack and 18 minutes later the cookies come out looking like this. They are absolutely beautiful and I want to show you another tool that I really like. Take this roller and just go ahead and these cookies are actually a little more hard because I left them just a little bit longer. But, they will go ahead and roll out and you can turn them into bars which will look just like this. Looks very professional. You just need to let the cookies cool just a little bit and then you can go ahead and just take this and roll this across. It?s a round little pizza cutter type of thing. You can use these as your cookies. One of the other things that people really do love are food gifts and I have taken four of my little cookie bars and put in a nice little bag with a really fun little red bow and I'm ready to give a food to someone who I know will really appreciate a healthy treat."
