"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make white chocolate Oreo balls. Our chocolate is nice and melted. We're going to get our Oreo mixture and we're going to start to roll our balls. As the chocolate is nice and melted, we can start dipping our balls. What you're going to do is get your pan and just put a piece of wax paper on top of it like so. This is where you get in with the kids. Just grab a little bit like so. What you want to do is just make a little ball. Simple, simple, simple. There's no rocket science to this. A little piece like so. I'm just going to get a nice rolling up. You want to make them nice size, not too big though. Bite size. That's it. Get your kids involved here. This is the part they love and they always want to be the ones to lick the bowl. Tell them they have to earn their keep. That's it. We're just making little meatballs here. They're a lot of fun."
