Mixing in Grains for Organic Oatmeal Cookies

"Hi my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. You don't want to get this dough to stiff or else it may be kind of hard to get off the beaters. But, now were going take this, cause it is starting to get stiff, but we're not done getting the nutrients in there. We are going to get this off just off of the little beaters and don't ever throw this away cause there is going to be some one in the house who's is gong to want to lick this beater. So, we'll just kind of set this aside for now. We're going to take the other one and just kind of take your hands and get it off the beaters. This is so delicious it has some of the oats and a lot of the chocolate chips. It's becoming a stiffer dough but, we are not done yet. You can take your clean hand and just get all of this out of the bowel and we are going to put it all in here. Just get it out as quick as you can and then while it?s still in this flavor here we're going to take a bunch of the oats and put them in and we're going to take a bunch of the seven grain rolled mix and add that in and we're going to mix this all together and then it will go in the oven on the next step. Just take your hands and get that all mix together or use a spoon anyway you can to get this all mix together."
