"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make white chocolate Oreo balls. Alright, so you see our cookies. They're not completely mashed the way you want them. I have this tenderizer where it makes it real easy. Just get in there and start to give it a good mash. Once you get that to where they're nice size pieces, you're going to add your cream cheese, 8 ounces, and we might even add some more. Buy 2 cream cheeses just to see the consistency and what you like. At this point, you're just going to get in there with your fingers and start mixing it all together. This is Oreo balls. This is fun for the kids. It gets a little messy, but it's fun, and they love to get in here and make it. They feel like they're part of the team. I know as a kid, I used to love to do this with my mom. I would always be apart of something. Kids love being apart of something."
