"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make white chocolate Oreo balls. This is a fun treat to make with the kids and every kids loves Oreos, especially the big ones like me. I have this meat tenderizer that I use. If you just take some wax paper, put it down like this, and just give it a little pounding, you're ready to go. You'll see it doesn't really stick and they break up real easy. That's what you're going to want to do to all these cookies. You can get the kids involved by just breaking them up like this. You'll have big pieces like that. If you just put the wax paper and give it a little pounding like this, you'll find it works. What's great about this dessert is you can substitute anything. We were just saying this would probably be pretty good with mint Oreo cookies, or even the chocolate filling Oreo cookies. There's no wrongs or rights to it. Experiment and have fun. I'm putting a few cookies, just giving them a quick mash with out meat tenderizer, and putting them right into the bowl. Keep smashing your cookies. We're making Oreo balls here on Expert Village."
