"Hi! My name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com. Welcome to expertvillage.com. This is my freshly whole-wheat oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Besides being a cookie and a very delicious cookie, this can be a great breakfast bar. It can be a granola that you can crumble up and have with milk for breakfast. It's also a great energy snack. Since I'm an outdoor recreation tour guide leading hikes and snow shoeing and kayaking, I always like to take these particular cookies with me since it's a great healthy snack. Another thing that is great about this is if you were in an emergency situation where you needed to have long term emergency food with you, this cookie would be one of the things that would be great because of the ingredients it has. We're going to talk about 7 key ingredients that are really good to have in your hand that you know how to store and use and that you actually like eating in order to help you through a long term emergency, if that were the case. They have some key ingredients. Whole wheat and oats are 2 whole grains, and we're going to talk about that a little bit more. That's just one of the main benefits for eating something that's really good and healthy for you."
