"Hi. My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make The Next Best Thing to Robert Redford pie. Alright, here we are some six and a half hours later. You can see it looks absolutely beautiful on top. I really feel bad about cutting this thing up to look at the inside but we've got to do it. Let's grab our chef?s knife here and what you want to do with this is it's truly a good idea to do it and measure out all the cuts you're going to make at once. Or at least do it row by row. Since I'm going to actually take this to a friend?s house and heat it later I'm not going to do that with this particular piece but I am going to cut one whole row so you can see it. See what you want to do is you want to make sure that you cut all the way down to the crust on the bottom. Then cut through it. So just drag the tip of your knife right through just like that. You're going to want to wipe this off to get the best looking cut. Alright and now I am just going to get one pretty good sized piece out of this. There we go. So that piece is ready to be pulled out. Now the problem is getting it out. Getting that first piece out is always difficult. So, what's going to end up happening is we're going to have to sacrifice a piece to do it so I'll go ahead and do it off camera so I don't show you the horror of me doing it."
