Utensils for Red Velvet Cake

"Before we get started let's talk about what we need to bake and some other utensils that we need. We're going to use these nonstick pans and makes a huge difference. Please buy nonstick pans when you're cooking and when you're baking at least. What I like to use is Baker's choice. What you do is you just spray this on just to prep and it's so easy I'll show you. Make sure you shake it up and you're going to spray your pans and it's nonstick pan plus you have this so it's perfect. So when you take your cakes out you just flip them over and they fall out; they're like little pancakes from heaven. We're also going to have our measuring cups to measuring so use these I like to start off with a larger cup because you have 4 cups here. So instead of just having one that equals one cup and if you need 2 cups, you got everything here so I like to start off with that. Of course my my nifty tool, I use this for everything like for the icing, to scrape my mixing bowl to get the batter in the pans you need it, trust me."
