"Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman and I’m in, I live in North Reddington Beach, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to demonstrate how to make Italian Crème Cake. Italian Crème Cake is a delicious rich cake that is actually not from Italy, it originated in the Southern United States, it has ingredients like pecans and coconut in it and why it is called Italian Crème Cake is not very clear, some people believe that a baker with, a descendant of a baker from Italy created it in the southern part of the United States and that is why it got it’s name. To make Italian Crème Cake you need a whole bunch of different ingredients but the main thing that you need is a good mixer. You are going to need a paddle attachment and a whisk attachment and this is very useful when adding dry ingredients, it fits around the bowl and keeps the flour from shooting out of the bowl. "
