A little bit about the brushes that you're going to want to find for working with acrylics. As opposed to lets say working with watercolors which you would use a softer brush. Acrylic paint is a little bit stiffer so you want to have a brush thats going to be able to hold your form and it's a little bit thicker and stiffer. These are great brushes I like to use and I usually have like a larger medium and some smaller ones you can get the coverage with the larger one and the medium one. A little more detail and the finer details with the small brush and also when you're picking out brushes, I like to do a little test. Take you fingers and sort of pull on the tips of your brushes because if they are not that great brushes, then the hairs are going to start pulling out. You definitely don't want to get cheap brushes because if hair starts falling into your painting, then it will mess it up and you don't want to deal with that. So get some nice brushes, a little variety and you will be good to go.
