Good thing to look up is Contapposto, it's an art term where it basically describes the body and dynamic like proportions, or the body spinning and it looks very interesting. So, the best thing to do is to think about drawing your character with Contapposto so it's very interesting. Instead of having some guy that looks like he's very klutzy when running. He doesn't know where he is or whatever. See it's not as interesting as, you know, this guy who looks like he's running full bore. He's very streamline, you could even, go more with it. But, yeah like I said, you just start here, and you just draw in the muscles. Draw the shoulders in, the neck going up or whatever. Then, triceps, learn, you've got to learn your basic muscle. And from there, the sky's the limit. Going to fill in the circles, you know. Like I said, from there you just kind of fill them in, it's like a building block. See, you get the idea, you see you start with just the basic line, and once you've got your initial character or how you want him to look or the shape or whatever it's in scale. From there you can do an overlay, which I discussed in my previous subjects or whatever. This is kind of get, this is much different from what I've talked before about, just talking about basic scale and boxes and whatnot. This actually gets more, more you need to practice more with this because it's very different it's freehand. It's not hard it just takes a lot of practice. But once you've got it, you know, you got it. Anybody can learn how to draw; all you have to do is work at it. That's all you have to do. It's not very hard.
