Where to shop? Well you can pretty much go to any local art store. If you have a Pearl or a Michael's in your town, they are really great, they usually have a very large selection and they will have everything that you need. In terms of pricing, this is really more an expensive sort of thing to do in the art world because the pencils range usually between a dollar too, and the erasers also within a couple of dollars. As I said the drawing board is $15-20 and then the papers depending on you can buy them individually or you can buy them in a sketch book. But you can also get them for really 5-10 dollars for a pad of sketching paper of course as you get into the larger sizes you can go all the way up to the really nice paper. Which can be $20-$30 but I wouldn't suggest doing that in the beginning. So also your little blending tool which is probably fifty cents so it's really an expensive art form, it's wonderful.
