O.K. now with the calves or the lower part of the legs, this is kind of tricky because what it is you're going to draw just a circle at first a regular circle because the circle's are kind of representing the muscles in the body. So you have these circles and so this is where the feet are going to be down here. So we're going to make sure we're going to connect that in. The ankle is the part that little ball on your foot, little thing on, you know here's your foot or whatever, you've got this little ball here, comes to this part right here actually. So that's kind of where the foot starts. Then you have the ball of your foot, then you just draw it in. So, o.k. So lets finish out these legs, but since he's kind of standing in just a regular stance, we'll get in to dynamic stance in the second part of this. This is basically the basics, the core basics of how to draw a human body. You know, and if you look for other research or stuff you're going to find that other people will have a different way of doing this. But this is the way I was instructed and I think this is pretty much the basic way to do this. So, we've got our knees and we've got one of our calves so lets draw these in. This part is actually very similar to the arm, and I'll get in to that. But basically since this is the big muscle and it kind of rounds down to the ankle. You're almost just kind of drawing, this is where kind of the finesse comes in. You have to learn how to draw, you know, very smooth shapes. You just, like I said, using the circles as, you know, guidelines. So we're just kind of, you know, connecting the body.
