"Hi, I am Katalin, the creator of creative English in Hungry. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. We are going to show you a few tasty snacks. I think children should start eating healthy foods as early as possible. So, I would recommend to give them healthy foods straight after breast feeding or bottle feeding. So even their first food should be something natural. You can start with fruit and later on you can add some more flavor that they can enjoy the food. And later one you can make cookies with them or even have the fruit sticks or vegetable pieces and different dips or cold meal. If you plant this idea at home, that making food together can be fun and they get to taste these natural tastes, they won't like the artificially sweetened or refined or those foods that full with refined sugar because it will be too much for their bodies. Lots of children eat school dinner at school but lots of them take packed lunch with them. If you give them packed lunch, you organize their food input. In to their lunch box, you can put some healthy, healthy snacks or even sometimes you can make some surprises for them that they will enjoy eating. And very often, they will share it with their classmates who don't even know that there is no sugar in that snack, which is quite nice."
