"Hi, I'm Amelia, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to talk troubles that you have with your hair. We've all had those highlights where you lift your hair up when it's dry and you see a bit old spot right at the scalp. The best way to fix that is if you had it professionally done, immediately turn around, go back to the salon where you had it done and have them fix it. If you did it to yourself, I'll show you how to fix it. It's real easy, you just mix up a deposit only color in the same tone as your base color, whether that be the low light, whatever the darkest color is that's going on through your hair. It's easiest to do with the brush and bowl method. You know, if the color that you purchased is in a bottle, just open it up and put it in a brush and bowl. The reason being is you'll see, so dip your brush into the bowl, and then you would touch it to those spots where you have that bleeding or that line. The way you'll be able to tell, bleeding is it's a really bright yellow line, or a really bright line of whatever color highlight it is, or a big circle. The circles tend to come from the cap. So you just hit those spot with your deposit only color, let that process, shampoo it out, and your spots will be gone. And that's how you fix spots from a highlight."
