"Hi, my name is Teri Lynne and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and in this segment I'm gonna show you how to do a nice low ponytail with a hair wrap. You want to start off with nice clean hair. She has nice thick hair if you have a little bit of thinner hair. When you're putting your hair up it sometimes works better if it is unwashed actually a day. It's kind of up to how your hair works. I'm just using, this is just water in a spray bottle. Just keeps the hair all together. Just gonna give it a little spritz and of course you want to make sure that it's well brushed though that there's no tangles or knots. You want to use an elastic that doesn't have any, it doesn't have any edges to it it's just completed round nothing to catch on. Never want to use a rubber band to put your up in, never. So we're just gonna grab the hair, lightly from underneath and with a little ponytail, depending on how many short pieces you have, you could decide how low you want to go. Some people like to start really low and wrap it down here. I like to go just from the nape of the neck just another inch. So, we're just gonna pull the hair together. Wrap it around usually twice or three times depending on how big your ponytail is. And then what you want to do for the wrap part is you take a piece of the hair usually from underneath and you just actually wrap it around where the ponytail holder is so that you can't see it. You wrap it as many times as you need to. You usually just take a bobby pin to secure it underneath. I'm gonna take two bobby pins actually and you really want to tuck the bobby pin right into the ponytail so that you can't see at all. And if you want you can let the pieces hang like this or you can take a nice barrette or something. Pin the sides up if you want it look that. It's totally up to you it's just a really nice relax casual ponytail, but a little bit more elegant because it's lower down. You want to just slide to the front Lauren, take a look from the front. You know when it's nice and low like that and if you have long hair you could always just drape over like that as well. "
