"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller from Liz's Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida, and today we're going to show you how to straighten out curly hair. You remember I told you I would show you if it wasn't down flat. I'm bringing it towards me like this. Now I'm not so low anymore, so it's not down. I'm bringing it towards me. I'm going to show you another piece iin a minute. You're going to take that piece again. If you feel that it's not straight enough, you're going to do exactly what I did here. This young lady got a fresh haircut. That's why it looks so nice and neat. You want to trim curly hair all the time and make it neat. That way you can get a nice straight head of hair. We're doing it very, very straight. I'm trying not to do it with any bend. I might bend it a little bit, but I might not. I might leave it really straight. Put a little gloss on it too while you're at it. Don't be afraid to use your glosses. Go like that, take it, and bring it up. I'm bringing it close. As I'm bringing it, I bring it towards me like this. Make sure you take your time. Don't hesitate on the iron. Bring it up to the front like that. Check it out making sure that it's nice and even and that it looks like and straight. If it tends to be a little frizzy, then you'll know."
