"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Elizebeth Muller from Liz's Hair Design of Hollywood, Florida. Today we're showing you how to do color on relaxed hair. I'm going to use a conditioning treatment on the ends of her hair to protect the relaxed hair. I like to do that. You don't have to if you don't want to. My color has a lot of conditioner and coconut oils. It's really fabulous to use. I use a little extra something just to protect the hair. Relaxed hair's very delicate. It's already been opened up and cuticles exposed. It has some process done to it, so you want to take care of that hair. Make sure that it's in good condition. I'm then going to start dividing the hair in fours. Starting back here like that - just dividing in fours for a nice application. I sometimes use my color itself to divide my hair. If you're new at this, you can go ahead and divide it just like that. You might want to separate it because you're new. I'll show you another way in a minute."
