"3,2,1 Happy New Year on behalf of Expert Village. M name is Matt Cail and I'm going to show you how to throw a New Year's Eve party. New Year's Eve is all about making noise and having fun. That means the one nice little things that you can give your guest are kind of like little noise makers and they would like. I am talking about things like kazoos. You can also have like little fireworks make sure they are legal on hand. Little party poppers and they would like. I mean you can go to the store and you can get a whole lot like little kazoos and other noise makers they are not that expensive. They are like a little fun thing to give your guest. It would make your little New Year's Eve party a little memorable. Often times people would not use them until midnight which is totally fine to instruct your guest not to do so before then. It would just basically just add to the atmosphere. Everyone would be able to precipitate in there own little way. If they have a kazoo or another type of noise maker on them they can then pull out at midnight. Then welcome to the New Year's in grand style. Beside kazoos and other noise makers, a older tradition is a good old pots and pans with a wooden or plastic spoon. At midnight your guest would make a big racket. Anyways so this is something else that you can do is just make sure you don't have really no nice pots and pans. You want to make sure that nothing would get ruin and make sure that you don't have metal on metal that could scrap up any pots and pans that you own. "
