"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. We let our cookies cool. As you can see, we can move them around. At this point, we're going to go ahead and start to decorate them. Take some confectioner's sugar and just put it in a bowl. We're just going to sprinkle a little bit on top of each one. Not too much. Just a little bit. The reason you want to go ahead and do this on a cookie tray is because we're going to have to clean this anyway, so we might as well do it on this and save a dish. A sifter will also work for this process. I like how some of them have big chunks of sugar and some have small chunks. It gives a nice little look to it. After you've got your sugar on there, we'll go to our next step. "
