"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. The next step is we're going to place our cookies on the tray. As you can see, we've already stuffed them. We're going to place them inch and half away from each other, and from the edge as well. We don't want them expanding over the edge. We'll go ahead and make these 2 inches just in case. We've got enough space in our oven. You may want to make yours a little tighter. Make sure they're all nice and round. One thing you want to watch out for is placing too many on here. I mentioned in another series that you don't want to put these cookies too close to each other. If you do, then they can end up cooking together and making one giant cookie. It all tastes the same, but still you want uniformity. There you go. "
