"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now our next step is going to be putting the candy into our cookie. We're going to take one of our balls and we're going to flatten it out. I'm going to take a piece of our chocolate. That's a little bit too big. I'm going to put it inside and fold the cookie around it. Set this to the side. Same thing. Flatten out the cookie. Take a piece of candy, put it inside, and fold it over. Kind of flatten it out again. You're going to do this for every single one. Try to make them as uniform as possible. Just roll this around it and put it to the side. "
