"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. At this point, our dough was refrigerated for 2-3 hours. The consistency is nice. It's ready to go. We've got a bowl. We're going to go ahead and form our cookie dough into tablespoon size balls. You can either use a measuring device to measure every single one, or you can get a feel of how big a tablespoon is and go from there. Roll it in a nice little ball. You can see it's about the same size as the original tablespoon. You can just do this, or like I said, you can measure out each one."
