"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now that we have our chocolate mixture hardened and made, we're going to go ahead and chop this into smaller pieces. We're going to go ahead and cut right in the middle. Divide it into 2 parts. Move this to this side and cut this one in half, so we want to make them in quarters. Take this and cut it in half, and half, and half. Now we have 4 pieces. I'm going to cut these down the line, and then in half again. We're making pieces about this big. We can actually cut those in half as well. Half an inch by one half inch pieces. Once again, that was half and half to create quarters. Then quarters again, and then each piece into half. We just need these small enough so we can put them inside our cookies. When somebody bites into it they get a nice little surprise. "
