"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about chopping up our chocolate for our cookies. What we're going to do is go ahead and take a baker's chocolate. We just want to cut it up into smaller pieces. When we melt it it'll melt evenly. We won't have chocolate that burns. By chopping it up it'll help it just melt a lot faster and evenly, especially when we add the rest of our ingredients. This chocolate right here is going to be used for the insides of our cookies. You just want to give it a couple of run through so you can make some small pieces about that size."
