"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. The next thing we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and take our peanuts. A little bit at a time, you want to pour them on the table. Take the flat part of our blade and we're just going to press down. We're going to grind our peanuts down so when we bite into our cookies we don't get a big chunk of peanut. You want to give them a quick smash and you want to go through and get the rest of the big pieces. If you were to do this off the bat, the peanuts would roll around and it would be very hard to chop them up. If you want to, you can also use cashews or almonds. It's up to you, but right now we're just using peanuts. What I've actually done is I bought a big tin of mixed nuts and everybody likes to pick through those, so these are the leftover peanuts from that. We're going to take this and put this in the bowl with our chocolate since it's all going to the same place anyway. Take another group of peanuts and do the exact same thing."
