"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now our next step while this is still mixing is to go ahead and pour our flour, salt, and baking soda mixture in. We're going to put this back on medium and slowly pour this in. If you pour too much in it's not going to mix right and it'll effect the flavor and the way your cookie tastes. Just a little bit at a time. I've got the rest of our mixture poured in there. We're going to mix for another 30-45 seconds. Now we're going to turn it up a bit to make sure all the dough inside the beater is coming out and mixing with the rest of it. "
