"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Our next step after we have all of our ingredients in the bowl is to go ahead and mix it. We're going to put our bowl in here for our electric mixer. We're going to mix it on medium until everything is nice and mixed. Blend it well. As you can see, everything is starting to come together. We want to keep on mixing until everything's completely smooth together and it makes a nice light and fluffy mixture. As you can see, everything has been blending to one consistency. Now we're going to actually cover this up in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours."
