How to Add Peanut Butter to Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

"Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to go ahead and get some of our ingredients together. We're going to need one cup peanut butter, one cup sugar, one cup brown sugar, and one cup butter. It's roughly 2 sticks of butter. Start off by getting our peanut butter out. Scoop this out with a wooden spatula. It's roughly a cup right there. We can go ahead and put this straight into the bowl because we're about to mix it. It'll save us some cleaning up. Go ahead and get one more scoop. That's our one cup of peanut butter right there. Set this to the side. Go ahead and get the peanut butter out of the way. Now we're going to need one cup of sugar. One cup right there. We're going to get one cup of our brown sugar. Throw it right in the bowl. Go ahead and put our 2 sticks of butter in there as well. Make sure that the butter is softened.
