"Hi! My name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a white Christmas cake. Go ahead and add the butter and the cream cheese to our mixing bowl. We're going to beat that until it's smooth. We'll be using our kitchen aide. This won't take a real long time. We'll go ahead and add the melted chocolate at this point. The only thing that I don't like about kitchen aide is it's hard to get things into it, unless you pull the bowl out. I'm usually too busy or too lazy to pull the bowl out. We'll just dump all the chocolate in there. Add our 1/4 ounce of rum extract. A 1/4 teaspoon, not ounce. Mix that in for a little bit. Then gradually add our powdered sugar. I'll just use about a half a cup at a time. I always use dry on a slow speed. It helps to avoid making messes. Once it looks like it's absorbed fairly well, go ahead and add another one. Continue doing that until you've used up all 6 cups. Once you have all the 6 cups in there, go ahead and beat it on medium for a little bit. Make sure it gets mixed really well. Stop part way through, and just scrape down the edges and beat it one last time. There's our frosting. All we have to do is wait for the cake to finish baking, turn them out on cooling rack to cool, and then we can frost our cake."
