"Hi! My name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a white Christmas cake. To divide our mixture evenly, it's best just to take one cup or half a cup measuring cup and take turns filling the pan. It won't take that long. Just keep working your way around until you're out of mixture. If you get down to the point where you don't have half a cup left, then you can go down to a smaller size, start using a tablespoon, or just guess. At that point, it's not going to be as crucial as it is to make sure that you at least are close to having even amounts of dough into each pan. That is pretty close to all of it. We'll scrape down our dough from the walls with our spatula, and we'll just add a little bit of this to each one. We are now ready to bake. Put your 3 cake pans in the oven on the center rack and bake them from 25-30 minutes."
