"Hi! My name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a white Christmas cake. With this last half cup of flour, you can add the pecans that you're going to use, a cup of pecans or coconut. I don't care for either one so much, so we're just going to add a small handful of pecans to this instead of the full cup. Crush them up if you need to, grind them, or leave them whole. Whatever you'd like to do with them, and then just add that to your mixture. Lightly mix that into the remainder of your batter, or into the folded batter that we just finished with. Add that to it. Gently fold that in until it is combined comfortably and completely, but not over mixed again with your cake. There we go. Now it's time to divide this equally into the 3 pans. "
