"Hi! My name is Kip and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're making a white Christmas cake. In a large bowl, add your butter mixture and your chocolate mixture. Then add the 1/4 ounce of rum extract, your buttermilk, and finally, your 4 eggs. Stir that all together until it is well mixed. It will begin to get thicker at this point. Not real, real thick, but thicker than it was. You just want to stir it until it is consistent and you don't see anymore of the egg white or egg yolk floating around in there. It's now taking on a very nice fragrance. Now we'll put this aside."
