"Hi, I'm Matt Cail. On behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make a glow in the dark skeleton costume. Next we're going to apply some glow in the dark fabric makeup to our skeleton costume. We're going to take a medium size brush and apply some glow in the dark fabric paint and we're going to start to spread this over our skeleton costume on the white areas. We're doing this because very few skeletons costumes come glow in the dark if you find one bravo excellent for you. You can skip this step entirely and you'll be ready to go on to the next step but those costumes can be few and far in between so we're taking it through this extra step. This effect may not be permanent if you don't want to have a glow in the dark makeup on your skeleton costume for ever or if you don't want to have glow in the dark effect on your costume forever. Then you can consider using glow in the dark makeup as oppose to fabric paint those are two very different products. In the case of the makeup, the makeup will actually come off and if you wash your costume again, treat it like a delicate cause it will separate like makeup does from your face. Of course the down side of the makeup is that you're going to have to watch out and make sure you're not brushing against things with your costume as much cause it will be like makeup it will come off in your hand. So be careful on that, that is a draw back of using makeup for your skeleton costume and painting it to make sure it's going to actually glow in the dark."
